Adam has competed in National & World Championships - at different levels. Become a black belt instructor in 2 different organisations, & become a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo.
He has competed in Jujitsu & Judo competitions, but also coached World Taekwondo Champions & other Martial Artists. Adam has trained High Level MMA Fighters like Paddy The Baddy & Adam Cullen!
He is the Heavyweight Boxing Champion in WCU. Qualified England Coach, Level 1, and also a qualified Ricky Hatton Boxing Coach.
Fitness has always been more than a passion to Adam, it’s been a way of life. In total he’s ran 55 Full Marathons. He ran 100 miles in 1 day, for The Baddy Foundation - raising over £11,000.
On top of that he’s also ran 70 miles in 1 day, four times. He’s ran 50 miles in a day, twice. He’s ran 40 miles in a day, ten times. He’s also completed an Iron Man Distance Triathlon. & much more!
Former England Boxing Coach, Former WCU Novice Heavyweight Champion, & current active fighter. Head Coach of the Ultra White Collar Boxing (Wirral). Shane (Shaggy) has been a coach at Centurian a.b.c for about 3 years, he's a major asset to the gym.
Craig is also an England Boxing Coach, Level 1. He volunteers at our gym every week, and his wealth of knowledge & experience within the fitness world is incredible.
Danny has over 30 years involvement with sports from Football to Combat Sports. He started padding 20 years ago and hes worked with amateur boxers and coaches all over the north west. He's competed in body building & boxing, but his passion now is coaching. Making people better versions of themselves or into Champions. Give him 100% & he'll give you 100% back!

Connor is 18 years old, he's been boxing & striking
for a few years now, with an impressive record, 3
unlicensed boxing bouts 2 wins & 1 loss, at such a
young age! He's been grappling for a while but he
started taking it more seriously just over a year ago.
He's an active competitor in Brazilian Jujitsu.
Training has really helped with his mental health, self image
& confidence - hes dedicated to his training every week, and we are all extremely proud of him :)
Meet Mark Daly - Our Morning Personal Trainer. Now welcoming new warriors to his class, Mark has over 27 years experience coaching sports & fitness, with a Bsc in Sports Science. He loves the opportunity to help others achieve their fitness goals through either group classes or 121 Personal Training. He's had many years of working with young people who are neuro divergent - utilising sports & fitness as a tool to help regulate emotions & behaviours.
In Marks words.. "I currently have the privilege of delivering the early mornings classes at Centurian A.B.C, Supercharging those who attend, & witnessing true progression with my clients. Not only improving their fitness levels, but their own self esteem too.
Not everyone will be an elite athlete, but anyone of us can become a greater and better person by braking our individual moulds through training. I embellish being the catalyst for others to achieve this."
Our coaches are constantly coaching or fighting for our gym, whether they're in a boxers corner or in the ring themselves, they consistantly make us (and themselves) proud!
