Martial arts Classes

Founder of 'Ars Bellica', Adam Jones, has combined 10 different self defence styles to create his very own Martial Art.
Ars Bellica includes the basics of: Boxing, Karate, Muay Thai, TaeKwondo, Judo, Jujitsu, Hand to hand Combat, Weapon Disarming, Fitness & Patterns.

So what is Ars Bellica?

Adam explains

ARS Bellica is composed of 10 different MMA Styles, carefully selected by Adam Jones with over 20 years of Martial Arts experience. Each has been picked for one reason only, to master self defence. These 10 MMA Styles are: Boxing, Karate, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Judo, Jujitsu, Hand to Hand Combat, Weapon Disarming, & Fitness & Patterns/Forms/Katas.

ARS Bellica is a Latin word that means Art Of War

Mastering ARS Bellica will take time and true dedication from every single person, but in the end will benefit each student greatly as they will understand how to work on the ground and on their feet on a basic level.

We are incredibly proud of all of our dedicated & unique members. Our Martial arts classes are open age, which means we teach students as young as 8 years old. Adams partner Chantal assists the younger students in these classes, to ensure safety & obedience of instructions.
Once enough training has been put in, we enter local competitions to test our students ability - It's always a TEAM EFFORT here at Centurian & everyone supports each other like a true fighting family!
